Release notes Adhese 3.11.0

This release contains a number of small improvements and bug fixes:

General Adhese Improvements

• Timezone support for daily delivery limits. Until now this feature only worked with UTC timezones.

Adhese Classic UI

• We prevented the flow where a creative that is not yet approved by Xandr is trafficked to a Xandr specific slot or channel containing a Xandr specific slot. The creative will have to be approved by Xandr first. Users will see a pop-up error message if this approval has not yet been given.
