General improvements for Campaign Manager

• New menu layout with a collapsable side panel

• Integrate syntax per account (locale specific syntax like punctuation use)

• An external documentation link per account is now available

• Reduced load times in certain situations

• Adapted the OSI (On Schedule Indicator) calculation to be in line with Classic UI

• Calculated impressions by budget and CPM

• Inactive brands are not shown for self service users
