CPM Priority Sorting

By default, Adhese looks at the end date of a booking to determine a booking's share. That means that two bookings that share the same priority and even the same SOV, but with different end dates will still see a difference in actual booking share. The booking with the earlier end date will receive a larger share.

This is also the case when two bookings have different CPM values which, depending on your business case, might be undesirable as the booking with the earliest end date, but the lowest CPM still receives more share than a competing booking with a later end date but a higher CPM.

Adhese has an account configuration that can change the Publish logic to prioritise bookings with a higher CPM. In this case, of two bookings with a different end date and different CPM values, the booking with the higher CPM value will get the largest share.

This setting can be enabled for one priority level account wide. Meaning the other priority levels will still sort based on end date.
