IP override for server-side connections

For server to server connections between Adhese clients, using geotargeting based on IP address would normally result in the server's ID address to be returned in the request. This is not ideal for most geotargeting use cases.

Adhese has a setting to pass the end user's IP address via X-Forwarded-For in the request. When this is set, the server's IP address is overwritten in the request and the user's IP address is sent instead.
