IP override for server-side connections

What

By default, all ad requests to the Adhese adserverad will makeserver use of the IP of the device that sends the request for all IP IP-related logiclogic, such as geo geo-location targeting.

This behaviour makes it impossible to set up user user-based location targeting in server-to-server to server setupssetups, as the adserverad server would use the server's IP and not the oneinstead of the end user.

To solve this, Adhese provides functionality that overrides the server's IP with the user's IP.

How

The user's IP can be added to the request via the X-Forwarded-For header. ThisThe headerad server will be pickedpick up bythis the adserverheader and override the standarddefault IP address from wherewhich the request is send.sent.
